Property Management Executive (UK Portfolio)

About the role

Moneywize is expanding its UK property management support team and seeks a detail‑oriented Property Management Executive to oversee day‑to‑day portfolio operations, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination from our Lahore office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for UK tenants, landlords and contractors, handling enquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Receive, log and assign maintenance requests, liaise with UK‑based contractors, inspect quotes and track jobs to completion.
• Monitor rent collection, issue payment reminders, manage tenancy renewals and coordinate end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs and deposit returns.
• Ensure compliance with UK statutory regulations such as gas safety (CP12), EICR, EPC ratings and HMO licensing.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software, prepare AST agreements and update client logs daily.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in UK property management, lettings administration or real‑estate back‑office operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK residential lettings procedures, AST agreements and safety compliance standards.
• Excellent verbal and written UK English communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Outstanding problem‑solving ability, high attention to detail and diplomatic handling of challenging customer scenarios.

Required skills

• Familiarity with property management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
