Provider Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Provider Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and managing physician and advanced practice provider recruitment across the United States. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of building strong relationships in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit U.S.-based healthcare providers such as psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct detailed phone screenings to evaluate clinical background, licensure, compensation expectations, availability, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with comprehensive summaries and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and build a strong pipeline of passive and active providers.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate ATS records, and partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Negotiate offers and assist candidates through onboarding.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience recruiting U.S. healthcare providers.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare recruiting, including W‑2, 1099, or locum positions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with high organization and follow‑up skills.
