QA Auditor – Lead Qualification Quality Control

About the role

The QA Auditor works independently within the Sales and QA ecosystem to audit lead qualification decisions, identify process gaps, and raise quality standards across the organization. You will conduct structured audits, generate insight‑driven reports and provide actionable recommendations that improve SDR and QA team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Audit lead qualification decisions across NI, NQL and on‑hold lead segments, performing deep‑dive reviews for accuracy, compliance and consistency.
• Generate weekly audit insight reports, track error rates, document trends and present evidence‑based recommendations to QA leadership.
• Identify recurring quality gaps, propose corrective actions and monitor the impact of implemented improvements.
• Support SDR and QA teams through feedback, coaching, training material development and clarification of qualification standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, audit or quality verification, preferably in a sales or lead‑generation environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead qualification frameworks and sales processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to analyse large data sets for inconsistencies.
• Analytical mindset with experience in trend analysis and gap reporting.
• Ability to work independently, maintain objectivity and communicate findings clearly.
