QA Consultant / QA Manager

About the role

Centric Brands is seeking an experienced QA Consultant/Manager to lead quality assurance activities across its garment factories. The role ensures consistent production quality, on‑time delivery, and compliance with ethical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to verify product quality, order quantity, and delivery timelines.
• Lead factory‑level SOP implementation, report performance to senior management, and escalate critical issues.
• Provide training on Kaizen/Lean methods, new SOPs, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Perform risk assessments during development, enforce zero‑tolerance safety policies, and manage technical audits.
• Coordinate with factory Brand Tech Managers, schedule inspections, and supervise corrective‑action plans.
• Act as primary contact for customer and audit teams, ensure audit readiness, and prepare CAPs.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in garment manufacturing and quality control.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong technical knowledge of apparel construction, trims, prints, washing, and children’s safety requirements.
• Excellent written English for documentation and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Kaizen/Lean methodology and SOP enforcement.
• Experience conducting technical audits, risk assessments, and CAP development.
