QA Engineer (Maternity Cover)

About the role

easypaisa, Pakistan’s first digital bank, is seeking a QA Engineer on a maternity cover basis to support its Business Intelligence and reporting functions. The role involves end‑to‑end analysis, data visualization, and delivering actionable insights to product and segment owners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to capture reporting requirements and define critical KPIs.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using data from multiple sources.
• Work with IT project teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality reports.
• Develop and maintain databases, write scripts for scalable data evaluation, and manage data pipelines.
• Monitor major KPIs, build use‑case funnels in Appsflyer and Firebase, and conduct deep‑dive analyses.
• Forecast subscriber growth, revenue, and other key metrics using data‑science models.
• Perform post‑campaign analysis to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Analyse app performance metrics daily and generate trend insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with a professional certification or diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or related fields.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer‑orientation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with solid analytical abilities.
