QA Testing & Client Support for SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our web‑based SaaS products while providing technical assistance to enterprise customers. You will become the subject‑matter expert for multiple applications, working closely with engineers to validate bug fixes, new features, and to resolve customer issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge across several SaaS solutions and understand user workflows.
• Execute manual and automated QA testing for bug fixes and feature releases.
• Write, maintain and run test cases, with a strong focus on Playwright‑based automation.
• Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers to drive issue resolution.
• Provide phone and email technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshooting and ensuring a high‑quality experience.
• Maintain and update online help documentation to keep it accurate and user‑friendly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of client‑support experience for a technical, enterprise‑software product.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to design and execute both manual and automated test cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical teams and customers.

• Microsoft Playwright (automation)
• Azure DevOps or similar workflow/release management tools
