Quality Associate – Data Operations

About the role

Join GfK, a leading consumer intelligence firm, as a Quality Associate in Data Operations. You will support the delivery of high‑quality consumer insights by performing quality control tasks and ensuring data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute low to medium complexity quality control tasks under supervision.
• Set QC ratings accurately to serve as a benchmark for further analysis.
• Maintain compliance with global quality standards defined by the MI OPS framework.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues, inconsistencies, or process gaps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities to assess data and identify root causes.
• Sound judgment when handling ambiguous or complex situations.
• Product knowledge in a limited set of product groups.
• A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
