About the role
Join the Market Intelligence Data Operations Process Quality team to verify product specifications and ensure data accuracy for a range of tech and durable goods. This entry‑level position supports global quality standards and contributes to reliable market research insights.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily quality checks on automated iQC samples for various product sectors.
- Assist in developing and implementing global quality processes and products.
- Set QC ratings as quality proof and basis for further analysis.
- Ensure standardized, transparent, and neutral quality checks of GfK product master data.
- Respond to internal or external customer complaints when required.
Required profile
- Good product knowledge of tech and durable industry items.
- Strong internet searching skills and familiarity with quality standards.
- Ability to complete tasks on time with expected accuracy.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with technical knowledge.
