Quality Assurance Coordinator – Non‑Telco Technical

About the role
The incumbent will manage end‑to‑end non‑telco activities within the assigned grid, ensuring network availability and operational efficiency while staying within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead field teams to rectify issues and improve basic management KPIs.
- Monitor grid performance, ensure compliance with network KPIs, and oversee preventive/corrective maintenance of access networks and generators.
- Manage OPEX budget, optimizing electricity, DG fuel and other costs.
- Assist and develop resources such as cluster owners, riggers and fueling teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially for database management.
- Strong technical understanding of operational matters.
