Quality Assurance Engineer (Manufacturing) – Karachi

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Karachi. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and process compliance within a mechanical/industrial production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and inspection plans for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct product and process audits to verify compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards.
• Identify, document, and track non‑conformities, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and production engineers to integrate quality considerations into new product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related manufacturing discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and inspection techniques.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
