About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to drive QA across our software products, focusing on banking and financial applications. The role combines hands‑on testing with leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including senior QA or lead roles.
- Proven experience testing banking and financial applications with a solid understanding of financial workflows and transactions.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage QA teams, ensuring effective planning and execution of testing activities.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
