Quality Control Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our QC team in Karachi. The successful candidate will perform analytical testing, maintain laboratory documentation, and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of raw materials, packaging, in‑process, stability, and finished product samples according to approved specifications.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, and pH Meter.
• Prepare, review, and archive analytical records and ensure data integrity in line with GMP requirements.
• Participate in OOS, OOT, deviation investigations and CAPA activities.
• Conduct stability studies per approved protocols.
• Support instrument calibration, qualification, and routine maintenance.
• Assist internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth quality operations.

Required profile

• B.Pharm, Pharm‑D, M.Sc. Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related scientific degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of relevant QC experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and data integrity principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
