Quality Control Assistant – Entry Level

About the role

ØRN Workwear is seeking a diligent Junior Quality Control Assistant to support garment and textile inspections across its partner factories in Pakistan. The role involves traveling to factory sites, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of garments and textiles following established QC procedures.
• Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies accurately.
• Utilise digital inspection tools and quality management systems to record data and generate reports.
• Perform basic statistical analysis to support quality decisions and trend identification.
• Travel regularly to partner factories across Pakistan to perform inspections and monitor production quality.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Willingness to learn and use digital inspection tools.
• Ability to manage data entry with high accuracy.

Required skills

• Comfort with smartphones and tablets.
• Basic office software proficiency.
• Familiarity with digital inspection tools and quality management systems.
