Quantity Surveyor – B&R / Housing Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on building and renovation (B&R) as well as housing projects. The role is based in Sufi City, Mandi Bahauddin and focuses on delivering accurate cost estimates, managing contracts, and supporting project delivery from pre‑construction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take‑offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct rate analysis.
• Execute pre‑ and post‑contract quantity surveying tasks.
• Prepare contractor billing, interim payment certificates (IPC) and certify payments.
• Measure, reconcile and verify variations, cost control, and material reconciliations.
• Develop estimations, budgets and coordinate with contractors, consultants and site teams.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience on B&R and housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of billing, estimation and cost control processes.
