About the role
ArchiEstimates LLC is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Gujranwala. The role focuses on delivering accurate cost estimations and managing financial aspects of construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Control project costs and monitor budgets.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction works.
- Develop and maintain cost plans throughout project phases.
- Manage cost reporting and provide regular financial updates.
- Support cost management decisions and ensure alignment with project goals.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, and cost reporting.
- Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation.
- Based in Gujranwala or willing to relocate.
