About the role
GST Saudi is expanding its team in Gujranwala, Pakistan, and seeks a Quantity Surveyor specialized in steel structures. You will play a pivotal role in keeping projects on budget through accurate quantity take‑offs, BOQ preparation, and rigorous cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity take‑offs for steel structure components.
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with project specifications.
- Monitor project budgets, track cost variations, and provide regular cost reports.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to verify structural drawings and resolve discrepancies.
- Support procurement by providing accurate material estimates and cost forecasts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost management, and interpretation of structural drawings.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
