QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Hybrid Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated QuickBooks professional to manage QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts for U.S. clients. The role is hybrid, with most days remote and a Saturday in the office, operating on a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update QuickBooks Online accounts for multiple U.S. clients.
• Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, including transaction entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Generate accurate financial insights and reports for clients.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to professional accounting standards.
• Meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while working independently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Prior experience serving U.S. clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
