RAC Technician – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

About the role
Smart Engineering is seeking a skilled RAC Technician to join its on‑site team in Lahore. The role focuses on maintaining, diagnosing and repairing refrigeration and air‑conditioning equipment across various industrial settings.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot chillers, air‑conditioners and cold‑storage units.
- Perform on‑site maintenance and repair tasks for HVAC&R systems.
- Travel to client sites as required to provide technical support.
Required profile
- 3‑Year DAE in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with chillers, air‑conditioners and cold‑storage units.
- Basic understanding of HVAC&R systems.
- Good communication skills (advantage).
- Responsible, hardworking, able to work independently and willing to travel.
- Lahore‑based candidates preferred.

- Chiller operation and maintenance.
