About the role

The RCM Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain data pipelines that support revenue cycle management (RCM) processes in the healthcare sector. You will work closely with billing, RCM, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, security, and timely delivery for reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
Extract, clean, transform, and integrate healthcare data from billing and claims systems.
Analyze RCM data related to claims, denials, payments, and accounts receivable.
Automate reports and support dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Collaborate with RCM, billing, and IT teams to improve data processing.

Required profile

Strong SQL and Python skills.
Experience with ETL/ELT processes, databases, and data pipelines.
Knowledge of healthcare RCM workflows, medical billing, and claims.
