About the role

MGC Developments is seeking an energetic Real Estate Agent to join its sales team. The role focuses on generating new leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into property sales. You will work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential property buyers through phone calls, emails, and networking.
• Qualify leads, schedule viewings, and present property listings.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence, target‑driven mindset, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Prior experience in a call centre or telemarketing environment is preferred, but fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
