Real Estate Development Supervisor

About the role

Al Ghafoor Group is looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations in real‑estate and property development projects. The role involves overseeing project activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring that work is executed according to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all real‑estate project‑related activities.
• Monitor progress of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, staff, contractors and other relevant personnel.
• Conduct regular site visits to track ongoing activities.
• Identify operational or project‑related issues and report them to management.
• Maintain effective communication between management and field teams.
• Prepare progress updates and reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Relevant education or qualification.
• Proven experience in the real‑estate/property development sector.
• Previous involvement in real‑estate projects, construction or related operations is preferred.
• Strong team‑management and coordination abilities.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Responsible, organized and professional approach.
