Real Estate Executive

About the role

The Real Estate Executive will work on‑site in Karachi, supporting sales and development activities for Ali Builders & Developers' residential and commercial projects. You will engage prospective buyers, guide them through the sales process, and ensure accurate property listings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective buyers and investors, conduct property viewings, and explain project features and pricing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings and coordinate with internal development and marketing teams.
• Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, provide after‑sales support, and contribute to market research.
• Ensure consistent on‑site presence at project locations and the company office for timely communication.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in real estate and property investment, with knowledge of legal aspects.
• Experience or knowledge of real estate development, housing schemes, master‑planned communities, and urban planning concepts.
• Demonstrated sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent customer service, professional communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Urdu and other local languages is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software and digital tools for property listings.
• Experience using CRM systems for tracking leads and reporting.
