Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

Elaan Marketing, a premium real‑estate marketing firm, is looking for a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Islamabad. You will be responsible for driving revenue across multiple property projects, guiding buyers from inquiry to closing, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and set targets for the sales team to achieve project‑wise and overall revenue goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned real‑estate projects.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Oversee client meetings, negotiate terms and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and project teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
• Provide regular training, mentoring and performance monitoring for sales staff.
• Represent Elaan Marketing at on‑site events and client presentations.

Required profile

• Strong sales operations experience, including team leadership and pipeline management.
• Analytical ability for market research, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for client engagement and negotiations.
• Background in business planning and sales strategy development in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Previous experience in real‑estate sales or property marketing is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Islamabad with a results‑driven approach.
