About the role

A Real Estate Sales Representative acts as an intermediary, assisting clients with buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties. The role involves guiding clients through the entire transaction process, from initial contact to final closing.

Key responsibilities

Client Representation: Act as a representative for buyers and sellers, helping them navigate the buying/selling process.
Lead Generation & Marketing: Prospect, build a client network, and promote properties through advertising, open houses, and listing services.
Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting features and answering questions for prospective buyers.
Market Research: Advise clients on market conditions, property valuation, and competitive market pricing.
Negotiation & Closing: Present offers, negotiate terms between buyers and sellers, and facilitate the final closing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
Administrative Duties: Prepare necessary documentation, including listing agreements, purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
