Real Estate Virtual Staging & Operations Specialist

About the role

A full-time, on-site night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM) position in the Real Estate Operations / Marketing department, based in Rawalpindi. The specialist produces realistic property visuals, creates accurate floor plans and manages client instructions and email communications. The pay is up to PKR 80,000 basic salary plus performance-based incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Create photorealistic virtual staging for residential listings using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and others, keeping proportions, lighting, textures and perspectives realistic and preserving original architectural features.
• Follow client instructions, apply revisions accurately and review all images before submission.
• Create accurate floor plans and property layouts in Figma or equivalent software, converting drawings, sketches and measurements into clear digital plans with furniture placement and labels.
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails, track threads, pending requests, revisions, approvals and attachments, and coordinate with clients and colleagues.
• Convert client instructions into actionable tasks with clear priorities and deadlines, and seek clarification when instructions are unclear.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI-powered virtual staging, image editing or real estate marketing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, measurements and property layouts.
• Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
• Strong organization, multitasking and time-management skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• ChatGPT, Gemini or similar AI tools for image generation, editing and virtual staging.
• Figma or equivalent floor plan design and drafting software.
• Attention to detail, quality assurance and problem-solving.
