About the role
We are looking for a professional, well‑presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role combines front‑desk duties with administrative support, ensuring a welcoming experience while upholding high standards of professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
- Manage front‑desk operations and keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Coordinate meeting‑room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident, courteous personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
- Well‑organized, able to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Previous receptionist or front‑desk experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
