Recipe Developer & Cooking Specialist

About the role

MAYA, an AI Cooking Tutor, is looking for a creative, hands-on cooking specialist to help develop recipes that people can confidently follow in their own kitchens. The project combines food, content and technology. The position is full-time and onsite in Lahore, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, cook, test and refine recipes for taste, consistency and presentation.
• Document ingredients, measurements, cooking times and methods so each recipe can be reproduced.
• Suggest practical cooking tips and ingredient substitutions.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes, and support the team during cooking content recordings.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and food-safe.
• Potentially support future food products and retail operations as the project grows.

Required profile

• A confident, hands-on cook who enjoys experimenting and developing recipes.
• Organised, attentive to detail and able to explain cooking steps clearly.
• A team player who welcomes feedback and enjoys trying new ideas.
• Willingness to appear on camera during cooking content recordings.
• Candidates include skilled female home cooks, recipe creators, culinary graduates and those with professional kitchen experience.
