About the role

Silverlight Research Group, a UK-based expert network, is looking for experienced recruiters on a fully remote, self-employed contractor basis to help it hire for its sales team. The role is open worldwide with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

Find and screen candidates for sales caller roles
Post job ads using the templates and guides provided
Guide candidates through the application process until they start

Required profile

Proven recruitment experience
Strong written and spoken English
Able to work independently
