Recruitment Consultant

About the role

AH Pharma Recruiters is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its Lahore office and work UK business hours. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for UK pharmaceutical and healthcare positions, building relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for UK vacancies using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for skills, experience and suitability.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records in recruitment systems.
• Liaise with clients and hiring managers on vacancies, candidate profiles and interview feedback.
• Arrange interviews, coordinate the process and ensure smooth communication between parties.
• Meet activity and placement targets while delivering high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a UK recruitment company.
• Strong understanding of the UK recruitment market and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, confident speaking with UK‑based candidates and clients.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target‑driven, motivated and comfortable working UK business hours on‑site.

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency with job boards and recruitment databases.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems.
