Recruitment Executive - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Executive to lead our night‑shift hiring efforts. The role requires ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding for selected candidates.
• Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations.
• Participate in campus recruitment drives and career fairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
