Recruitment Resourcer

About the role

The Recruitment Resourcer is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, supporting the delivery of AI-enabled recruitment and RPO services. In this role, the team member sources and screens candidates across a variety of functions, proactively building talent pipelines for clients in technology, finance, legal, healthcare, and other domains.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Perform candidate research
• Update and maintain CRM/ATS records
• Prepare shortlists with accurate profiles and relevant insights
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers
• Assist with outreach campaigns
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates and clients

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Hiring and interviewing skills
• Relationship building skills
• Comfortable using recruitment tools, ATS/CRM systems, and basic productivity software
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple searches and priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (preferred) and prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or customer‑facing roles
• Familiarity with global recruitment practices, especially for US and European markets, and interest in AI‑driven hiring solutions (advantage)
