About the role
Creative Chaos is seeking a motivated Recruitment Trainee to join its Talent team. This role offers hands‑on experience in the recruitment process and exposure to various HR functions, ideal for starting a career in human resources.
Key responsibilities
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and assist in scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and support job fairs and recruitment events.
- Help develop job descriptions, advertisements, and maintain candidate databases in the ATS.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
