Regional Industry Head - Islamabad

About the role

The Regional Industry Head will lead B2B enterprise sales for a portfolio of telecom and digital solutions across the Islamabad North region. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales & Services, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and nurturing long‑term relationships with high‑value enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional sales for Fixed Broadband, Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and solutions teams to design end‑to‑end offerings that meet client business needs.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and identify new growth opportunities.
• Expand wallet share within existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Act as the senior point of contact for key enterprise customers, ensuring long‑term relationship management.
• Monitor activations and disconnections, analyse churn drivers and implement retention strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve service, billing, or operational issues.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in B2B telecom or enterprise solutions sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
