Regional Procurement Manager – South I

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager for the South I region to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities. You will be responsible for sourcing vendors, managing RFP/RFQ processes, and ensuring cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services while complying with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, identify vendors, and manage RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
• Prepare comparative statements, conduct pricing analysis, and make award recommendations in line with procurement policies and Delegation of Powers.
• Oversee contract renewals, frame‑agreement management, and allocation of work among contracted vendors.
• Create and monitor purchase orders in SAP, maintain accurate procurement records, and report on procurement cycle performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Supply Chain Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with regional stakeholders and vendors.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) procurement module.
• Contract drafting and negotiation.
• Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Price negotiation with vendors.
