About the role
We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide legal support on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will help ensure that our client’s contracts and business operations meet all applicable regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements, to guarantee accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory issues to inform recommendations.
- Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Manage and organize legal documentation, maintaining proper filing for audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address legal concerns and mitigate business risks.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of contract law, legal compliance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with legal research tools and databases.
