Regulatory Compliance Specialist – Legal (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide legal support on a contract basis for a global technology leader. Working remotely, you will help ensure that contracts and business processes meet all applicable regulations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law and regulatory guidance to inform business decisions.
• Prepare legal memoranda, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized legal records and filing systems to support audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
