Regulatory Compliance Specialist – Legal (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide legal support on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will help a global technology leader ensure that contracts and business processes meet all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks to inform recommendations.
• Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized legal records and ensure accessibility for audits or reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract law, legal compliance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
