Relationship Manager – RDA World

About the role

The Relationship Manager for the Roshan Digital Account (RDA) will manage and grow relationships with overseas Pakistani clients, acting as a one‑stop shop for all RDA banking needs. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and delivering high‑quality service while meeting business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with RDA clients, exceeding their expectations.
• Promote RDA products and services such as account opening, deposits, investments, and financing options.
• Support clients in cross‑border transactions and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client management.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track client metrics, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide clients with insights on UBL’s products, address issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Present client feedback and market trends to senior management to influence strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of education with at least a 3.0 CGPA.
• At least 2 years of front‑end sales experience, up to 4 years total.
• Ability to conduct market research, risk evaluation, and due‑diligence in line with UBL policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with compliance and operations teams.
