Relationship Officer – Direct Banking Centre

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Relationship Officer to join our Direct Banking Centre. The role focuses on driving telesales, achieving card and KPI targets, and delivering high‑quality service to our customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers while ensuring sales initiatives align with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly KPIs and card sales targets.
• Maintain service standards by monitoring, evaluating and measuring performance of systems and product campaigns.
• Direct all telesales activities toward meeting overall sales goals.
• Prevent miss‑selling and ensure compliance with sales policies.
• Follow up consistently with customers to address their needs.
• Attend daily team huddles and honor team commitments.
• Monitor personal performance and adjust strategies to improve sales outcomes.
• Demonstrate discipline and punctuality in all work activities.
