Relationship Officer – General Processing (NTP/NTB)

About the role

The Relationship Officer – General Processing (NTP/NTB) is responsible for driving card acquisition and cross‑selling banking products through proactive telesales. The role focuses on meeting monthly KPIs, maintaining high productivity, and ensuring compliance with banking policies.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers by phone to introduce and promote banking products.
• Achieve assigned card acquisition (NTP/NTB) targets and overall sales KPIs each month.
• Update all systems accurately after each customer interaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex cases to the team leader.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and MIS for the team.
• Participate in daily huddles, adhere to discipline, punctuality and audit control parameters.
• Ensure compliance with verification policies, banking regulations and anti‑misselling standards.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales or call‑center environment.
• Practical marketing background is preferred.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to think creatively under pressure.
• Excellent presentation, people‑management and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset and basic computer proficiency.
