Remote Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (US Time Zone)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated remote appointment setter who can turn cold leads into qualified sales meetings. Working on US business hours, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the US time zone
• Introduce the agency’s services and clearly convey value
• Qualify leads based on business needs and intent
• Schedule high‑quality appointments for the sales team
• Record call notes and follow‑up actions in the CRM
• Collaborate with closers to improve conversion rates

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with Australian or US clients
• Proven track record in cold calling or appointment setting
• Comfort handling objections and rejection
• Results‑driven mindset with experience meeting KPIs
• Self‑motivated and disciplined remote worker
