Remote Appointment Setter – Full-Time

About the role

Join a fast‑growing digital marketing agency as a Remote Appointment Setter. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, turning cold leads into qualified sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in Australia, the US, Canada and other markets.
• Introduce the agency’s services clearly and convey value.
• Qualify leads based on business needs and intent.
• Schedule high‑quality appointments for the sales team.
• Record accurate call notes and follow‑up actions in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with closers to maximise conversion rates.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Australian and/or US clients.
• Proven track record in cold calling or appointment setting.
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection.
• Results‑driven mindset with experience meeting KPIs.
• High energy, disciplined and consistent work habits.
• Self‑motivated remote worker who takes ownership of targets.
