Remote Appointment Setter – Outbound Sales (AU FinTech)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our outbound sales team supporting an elite Australian FinTech and technology campaign. Working night‑shift hours aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time, you will engage business owners, decision‑makers and executives to generate qualified sales meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily using our automated dialer.
• Target Principal Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Directors and other senior decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects with our proven sales framework and handle objections professionally.
• Book at least six qualified appointments per day into senior sales consultants’ calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of outbound cold‑calling experience on international campaigns (AU, US, or UK).
• Background in B2B sales, telecom, insurance, MCA, lead generation or high‑ticket appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English, confident and professional communication style.
• Reliable home office with high‑speed internet, noise‑free workspace and power backup.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with automated dialer systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms for record‑keeping.
• Strong objection‑handling and appointment‑scheduling abilities.
