Remote Bitrix24 Trainer

About the role

This remote position focuses on designing and delivering training for Bitrix24 CRM, project management, communication, and collaboration tools. The trainer will enable both clients and internal teams to use the platform efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Create training materials, user guides, and video tutorials.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group training sessions.
• Customize training content according to user roles and business processes.
• Answer platform‑related questions, demonstrate best practices, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align training with system configurations and new feature rollouts.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Bitrix24 modules (CRM, tasks, projects, communication tools).
• Experience designing and delivering software or CRM training, including presentations, manuals, and video‑based learning.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for remote sessions.
• Solid organizational and analytical abilities to assess training needs and measure adoption.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools, learning management systems, and screen‑sharing platforms.
• Prior experience with CRM implementation, sales operations, or business process optimization is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements, and maintain clear documentation.
