Remote Business Development Officer

About the role

Grafixx Agency is looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to join its remote sales team. You will represent the agency’s premium digital services, identify new client opportunities, and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, networking and other channels.
• Initiate conversations, schedule discovery meetings and present the agency’s service portfolio.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
• Negotiate proposals and close high‑value deals.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and prospects.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM and update client interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, client acquisition or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Ability to manage the sales pipeline independently.
• Experience in digital marketing or technology is a plus.
