Remote Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Call Center Agent to engage prospective customers, schedule appointments, and support business growth from the comfort of your home. You will work full‑time during U.S. business hours, using our CRM and dialing platform to make high‑volume outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialing system.
• Communicate courteously with prospects, providing accurate information and answering basic inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for licensed representatives through internal tools.
• Maintain detailed call notes and update customer records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional outreach initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable handling a high‑volume call environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Self‑disciplined with good time‑management skills.
• Previous call‑center or outbound‑calling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
