Remote Call Center Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Call Center Recruiter to join our fast‑paced hiring team. You will identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates through high‑volume outbound calling, ensuring a professional and positive experience from the first conversation through interview scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Place 150–250 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates using company‑provided leads.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Present available career opportunities and answer candidate questions accurately.
• Qualify applicants according to established hiring standards and recruiting guidelines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain organized and accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview details and hiring progress.
• Meet daily recruitment activity goals while maintaining quality interactions.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume outbound calling environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and both primary and backup internet connections.
• Previous experience in recruiting, call‑center operations, staffing, inside sales, or talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
