Remote Call Center Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings, and help build high‑performing customer support and call‑center teams. This fully remote position combines recruiting, candidate engagement, and high‑volume hiring in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective candidates through outbound phone calls.
• Conduct structured recruitment screenings and evaluate applicants against hiring guidelines.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain applicant tracking records in the CRM.
• Meet daily recruiting KPIs and support large‑scale hiring campaigns.
• Participate in virtual hiring meetings and coaching sessions.

Required profile
