Remote Calling Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Calling Associate to join our outreach team. You will make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers, share information about our services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls using an automated dialing system.
• Engage prospects professionally, following scripts while adapting naturally.
• Qualify interested individuals and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate call notes and customer records in the CRM.
• Respond to common questions, overcome objections, and meet call and appointment targets.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Perform additional calling and administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on outbound calls.
• Friendly, confident, and customer‑focused phone presence.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a performance‑driven environment.
