Remote Candidate Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Candidate Coordinator to ensure a smooth and positive experience for job applicants. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates, conduct initial qualification calls, and manage interview logistics while supporting recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for candidates during the early hiring stages.
• Conduct introductory phone screenings to verify qualifications, availability, and interest.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and recruitment teams.
• Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and updates in the ATS and CRM.
• Monitor candidate progress and ensure timely completion of recruitment milestones.
• Respond to candidate inquiries about timelines and next steps.
• Assist recruiters with administrative tasks and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a candidate‑focused approach.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, customer service, HR, administrative support, scheduling, or call‑center operations is a plus but not mandatory.
